Hello Bentonville, I’m Kevin, the owner of House Washers.
A few years ago, I started this business with a simple goal: build a company that homeowners could genuinely trust. I wasn’t interested in becoming the biggest company in town. I wanted to be the one people felt comfortable recommending to their neighbors.
What started with a bucket, a squeegee, and a willingness to work hard eventually grew into a full exterior cleaning company serving hundreds of homeowners in Chico, California. Every five-star review, every referral, and every returning customer reminded me that doing quality work and treating people well is still the best way to build a business.
Now my family and I are beginning an exciting new chapter here in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Like many families, we reached a point where we wanted a fresh start. We fell in love with Northwest Arkansas—the beautiful neighborhoods, the strong sense of community, and the pride people take in their homes. It didn’t take long to realize this was where we wanted to put down roots.
Instead of starting over with a brand-new company, I decided to bring House Washers with me.
That means the same standards, the same attention to detail, and the same commitment to customer service that helped build my reputation in California are now being brought to homeowners throughout Bentonville and Northwest Arkansas.
